Matt is the Managing Director of Envirochem, with 25 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across environmental consultancy and testing. He has expertise spanning asbestos analysis, large-scale remediation project management, and laboratory fibre identification, alongside extensive experience in business operations and leadership.

Matt has been instrumental in expanding Envirochem’s capabilities, from launching the Bristol branch office to establishing the microbiological laboratory. His ability to foster client relationships and explore emerging opportunities, such as geotechnical services, has strengthened the company’s position in the market. As a project director, he has delivered complex service engagements, including expert witnessing for Lloyds Bank, whilst guiding the business from 10 employees to a team of 65.

With a well-rounded understanding of every sector within Envirochem, Matt works closely with clients to ensure their needs are met by leveraging his operational expertise and the company’s specialised teams. His commitment to understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions has been instrumental in building trusted partnerships and driving impactful results.
